For any returned goods, the cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, OYOY will cover the shipping costs to return your exchanged items to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

including your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange.
2. Once your request has been processed and approved by our customer service, please return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. The retrun address willl be given by our team.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be delivered back to us, and we are not responsible if an item is lost in transit. We also advise you against using private shipping companies to return your item. These companies often charge us a fee upon receipt of your package, which will be refused upon delivery. In this case, your parcel will be returned to you. Instead, we recommend that you send your package through your local post office.
3. Upon reception of the article, we will proceed to the refund of the product within 3 to 5 working days.
To get a refund, the items must be in their original condition, except for defective or damaged products. They must meet the following requirements:
- In their original packaging, with tags and instruction booklets.
- In their original condition (not used or worn).
- Disassembled (if applicable).
- Cleaned, free of unusual odors and returned without hair (animal or human).
All products are rigorously inspected upon receipt. OYOY will not issue refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria.
